Overview

The Tsunami 3000 Wet Dust Collector is ideal for the safe handling of combustible and flammable dust such as titanium, aluminum and magnesium along with combustible dust generated during food processing and manufacturing. All Tsunami Wet Dust Collectors are fully compliant with NFPA guidelines. Featuring a 5.0 HP blower with up to 3000 CFM of air flow, the Tsunami 3000 pulls airborne contaminants and filters them through its “water-tree” baffle design. Once inside the collector, the particles bond with suspended water droplets where they are extinguished. They then drain down to the bottom of the collector for safe removal.

To reduce excess humidity, the Tsunami 3000 features a mist eliminator after-filter to prevent water vapor from leaving the exhaust. Its integrated hydrogen vent fan exhausts hydrogen gas as metals oxidize in the water tank.

This unit is also available with an auto-water level control system to maintain correct levels as water evaporates with normal use and shuts down when water levels become too high or low.
