Overview

Whether you searched for an Eco-gate, a blastgate, automatic gate, or a damper we have the gates. Our fully automatic blast gates are a key component of an Ecogate System, continuously opening automatically to machines that need exhaust ventilation and closing to machines that do not need any.

The automation is quite simple: when the machine’s cutting tool turns on, blast gates open to achieve designed suction. They stay open until the machine no longer needs suction, at which point the machine’s gate closes.

This results in dust (fume, mist) collection that provides electricity savings, better suction, reliability, performance, and safety.

Operated by 24V DC motor, with embedded processor to read pressure, air velocity, and air volume and Modbus communication. The gates are available with a rotating blade or butterfly; zinc plated metal or stainless steel. These are the most robust, advanced, and cost-effective gates on the market. The gates are available from 2” up to 26” duct diameters. Ecogate gates have open and close limit switches that are reported to control unit greenBOX and to users. You do not need to guess if the gate is open or closed.
